Provides empowerment and tranquility needed for labor and birth. Yoga is a tool used to de-stress and address the common aches and pains caused by pregnancy. Learn to understand your pregnant body through each movement while building stability and balance. Classes take place at Emerald Coast Jiu-Jitsu.
Postnatal Yoga
Nurture your body and mind with this postnatal yoga class. Designed for new mothers, this class is beginner-friendly class focuses on healing the postpartum body and providing relaxation during this transformative time. Join us to restore and strengthen your body in a peaceful, supportive environment.
Mats and props are provided if needed.
Please bring a water bottle for hydration.
